Splash Lake

Splash is a 92-acre, shallow lake near Prairie Portage with extensive weedy bays offering productive fish habitat. The small, sheltered water makes it ideal for paddlers seeking calm conditions. Access requires a 40-rod easy portage from Newfound Lake. The lake holds a single campsite and connects to Ensign and Newfound by open water, with fishing opportunities for walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass, bluegill, and yellow perch.
