Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account information. If you sign in, we store your email address and an authentication token via our auth provider (Supabase).
- Saved trips and routes. Routes, waypoints, itineraries, and notes you create are stored against your account so you can return to them later.
- Usage of AI features. When you use AI-assisted features (route suggestions, itinerary planning, natural-language search), we record an aggregate count of usage per feature for quota and abuse prevention.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may temporarily log IP address, user agent, and request paths for security and debugging.
What we don’t collect
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not collect precise device location unless you explicitly grant it.
Service providers
We rely on the following processors to operate the Service:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Anthropic— large-language-model calls behind AI features. Prompts you submit to AI features are sent to Anthropic for processing and are subject to Anthropic’s privacy practices.
- Cloudflare R2 / object storage — map tiles and static assets.
Cookies
We use a session cookie set by Supabase to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
Data retention
Account data and saved routes persist until you delete them or request account deletion. Aggregated AI usage counts are retained for billing and abuse prevention.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by emailing info@krumtech.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date at the top of this page.
