Shepo Lake

Shepo is a small, sheltered 49-acre lake with extensive shallow, weedy bays that provide productive fish habitat. The lake has one campsite and connects to Fraser via a 9-rod easy portage and to Sagus via a 20-rod easy portage. Maximum depth reaches 17 feet, and both open-water connections offer additional paddling opportunities from this protected lake near Prairie Portage.
