Rog is a small, 54-acre lake near Tofte with a maximum depth of 40 feet. It offers sheltered paddling conditions and connects to Sea Gull Lake by open water. A 20-rod easy portage leads to Sea Gull, while a 70-rod moderate portage reaches Alpine Lake. The lake has one campsite and holds brook trout, burbot, smallmouth bass, and white sucker.
