Pickle Lake

Pickle is a small, sheltered 105-acre lake near Prairie Portage with mostly deep, open water and four campsites. Access is via easy 25-rod portage from Spoon Lake, which is also reachable by open water. Additional portages connect to Kettle (79 rods) and Kekekabic (85 rods), ranging from easy to moderate difficulty. Wind exposure is minimal, making it ideal for paddlers seeking calm conditions.
