Phantom Lake

Phantom is a small, sheltered 47-acre lake near Ely with a maximum depth of 10 feet and extensive shallow, weedy bays ideal for northern pike, white sucker, and yellow perch fishing. The lake offers one campsite. Access via the easiest 16-rod portage from Battle (easy carry) or longer portages from Sprite (24 rods) and Boulder (38 rods, both easy). Phantom connects by open water to Boulder.
