Lower Cone is a 70-acre lake near Maple Hill with a maximum depth of 21 feet and one campsite. The small, sheltered water features extensive shallow, weedy bays that provide productive fish habitat. Portages lead to Mid Cone (28 rods, easy) and Brule (37 rods, easy), with direct open water connections to both lakes.
