Dark Lake

Dark Lake is a small, sheltered 34-acre lake near Winton with extensive shallow, weedy bays that provide excellent fish habitat. The lake has one campsite and minimal wind exposure, making it a calm paddling destination. Access requires portaging from Rush Lake (71 rods, moderate carry) or Iron Lake (90 rods, moderate carry). Dark connects to both Rush and Iron by portage.
