Thumb is a 64-acre lake near Crane Lake with mostly deep, open water and small, sheltered conditions. The lake offers one campsite. Access is via a 21-rod easy portage from Finger or a 197-rod hard portage to Beartrack. Thumb connects by open water to Finger, Nahimana, and Little Beartrack.
