Square Lake is a 123-acre, shallow lake near Isabella with extensive weedy bays offering productive fish habitat. The small, sheltered lake has two campsites and good fishing for northern pike, walleye, smallmouth bass, and yellow perch. Access is via an easy 19-rod portage to Polly or a moderate 58-rod carry to Baskatong, with open water connections to Short and Kawishiwi.
