Silver Island Lake, a 1,239-acre lake near Isabella in Lake County, features extensive shallow, weedy bays that provide productive fish habitat for walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass, and panfish including bluegill and crappie. The lake is fairly open to wind and can get windy and choppy. Access is direct with no portages required. Four campsites are available.
