Jeanette is a 612-acre lake near Buyck with maximum depth of 15 feet. Its extensive shallow, weedy bays provide productive fish habitat for northern pike, walleye, and burbot. The lake has six campsites and requires no portages for access or travel. Yellow perch and white sucker also inhabit the waters.
