Gun Lake is a 341-acre lake near Winton with a maximum depth of 57 feet and seven campsites. Paddlers can access Bullet and Gull lakes by open water, with portages of 21 rods (easy) and 32 rods respectively. Longer portages connect to Fairy at 42 rods and Wagosh at 328 rods (strenuous). The easiest entry is the 21-rod carry to Bullet.
